What we collect

Your name, email, city and country of residence, language pairs, WhatsApp or WeChat, services, specialties, declared credentials and proficiency levels, work preferences, travel availability and indicative rates. LinkedIn, portfolio and pricing notes are optional. Certificate links and documents are not requested.

Why and where we keep them

We use your application to review the professional network and contact you about Match Translator. Your complete application is stored privately in the CTW database, accessed through the server. It does not create a public profile and is retained for up to 180 days. Credentials are self-declared at this stage.

Contact through Resend

Your name and email are synchronized to a dedicated Match Translator professional-network segment in Resend. Your rates, messaging handles and credential information are not sent there. Applying does not subscribe you to the general newsletter. Existing email unsubscribes are respected. Other subscriptions you have authorized remain separate.

Access, correction and deletion

To review, correct or delete your application and stop professional-network contact, email [email protected]. Identify the request as Match Translator. Removing this application does not cancel unrelated subscriptions.
