How the invitation works
Fieldbook access is granted by request and manual approval.
-
Submit your request
Fill in email, password, name, WhatsApp, company, objective, and WeChat. This starts the invitation request; it does not create automatic access.
-
Add XiaPeli on WeChat
Use the QR code available in the app and send your personal code to link the request to your contact.
-
Manual approval by the owner
Phelipe Xavier accepts the contact and performs the approval manually, evaluating each request individually.
-
Email notice and access
You receive an email notice and log in with the password chosen in the request. Password reset is available if needed.
The guide and the research mission
Canton Fieldbook supports those attending the fair on their own: your research, your plan, and your notes stay with you.
If you want someone to research at the fair on your behalf, that is Canton Fair Scout: a research mission defined in its own proposal with Phelipe Xavier.
Frequently asked questions
How does the password work?
You choose the password in the request and use the same password once access is granted. Password reset is available if needed.
What is saved in my account?
Your plans, product and supplier references, and personal notes. The data is saved in your private account and persists between sessions.
Why is WeChat approval manual?
Each request is evaluated individually by the owner, who accepts the contact and manually approves access before the email notice.
Does requesting the guide automatically hire Scouting?
No. The guide and the research mission are distinct things. Scouting is a commissioned mission, with its own scope and proposal.
